Memories of Past Efforts: That olde Awesound account of mine...

 Oh, I got a wonderful reply about my  https://awesound.com/AristoBum   I remember the desperate efforts to attempt achieving a secondary income with nothing but an Acer Chromebook (in contrast to full audio studios). While I clearly failed, it still taught me some useful lessons about storytelling & resulted in me outgrowing roleplay, as a hobby or income source, even more. Now, more than five years later, it brings back memories, and even reminds me of ideas that meanwhile had slipped my mind.  Sadly, a recent financial crisis made me bounce in a totally different way. I remember strangers in the supermarkets also facing the price raises on food and electricity with an equal disadvantage (low income, no matter, if unemployed or working underpaid jobs). If only it would be as simple as sharing my poem `Financial Apartheid Laws´ with gov officials, and SWOOSH they realize that ALL fulltime jobs must yield enough money to pay all the bills & make a living thru...

That little bit of an author in me...

Took me a while, but when people asked me questions, I came up with different answers to that idea of blogging, which my generation would consider a worship of self-talk aka eccentric behavior.  😉 Meant is, my next-best, temporal website to partake in: LINK Main difference is that different people ask different questions, while my blogging is only me. I found myself surprised more than once, about what people consider a challenge to be, or what topics are 'of interest' whenever we are not sharing, liking, commenting, or reviewing each other. A good experience, albeit hampered by my traditional low-on-money. I cannot estimate, if such is already vanity-publishing, but I think: It certainly includes monetizing, yet was among the friendliest and most diverse sites I had found in a while. Both, the authors and the stories, posts, challenges.
